1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract comes with Pretty-vintage.de.
By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude the contract. You can initially place our products without obligation into the shopping basket and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the corrective aids provided for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer via the goods contained in the shopping basket. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, contract renewal
The languages ​​available for the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can also view the terms and conditions on this page at any time. Your past orders are no longer accessible on the Internet for security reasons.
4. Terms of delivery
In addition to the indicated product prices are still shipping costs added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.
You have the possibility to pick up at Pretty-vintage.de, Burgstrasse 23, 99974 Mühlhausen, Germany at the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 14: 00, except on holidays. Please inform us at the latest one working day before your pick up, so that we can provide the goods from our warehouse. You can also pay by credit or debit card and PIN.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

If possible, you will be notified of the current shipment status by mailing delivery company. Your consent to this, enter with the acceptance of our terms and conditions.

 

 

5. Return costs upon exercise of the right of withdrawal

If the customer has a right of revocation, he will be charged with the regular costs of return upon exercise of the right of revocation. If possible, send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection with appropriate packaging. Send the goods back to us as a prepaid parcel and keep the receipt.

The goods should show no traces of use that exceed the legally permissible level.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., food, cosmetic products, etc.).

• Delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

• Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., food, cosmetic products, etc.).

• Delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

6. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Payment in advance
If you choose the payment method payment in advance we will call you our bank account in separate e-mail and deliver the goods after payment received.
PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPalPlus payment service, we offer various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of PayPal. There you can specify your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and payment instructions to PayPal.
If you have selected the payment type PayPal, you must be registered there and / or register and authenticate with your access data in order to be able to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of payment instructions. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
 
If you have chosen the payment type credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company immediately upon confirmation of the payment instructions and after your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder at the request of PayPal and your card will be debited. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
 
If you have selected the payment method direct debit, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. With confirmation of payment instructions, you issue PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (Prenotification). Under the submission of the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instructions, PayPal requests his bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is executed and your account is debited. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
 
If you have selected the payment method Invoice, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to be able to pay the invoice amount. After successful address and creditworthiness checks and placing of the order, we withdraw our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only pay to PayPal with a debt-free effect. Payments are subject to the terms and conditions of PayPal. Cash on pickup
You pay the invoice amount when you pick up cash.
7. Proprietary reservation
The goods remain our property until full payment.
8. Transportation damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The non-compliance of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or the transport insurance.
9. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory right of non-liability shall apply.
The limitation period for claims for defects in the case of used goods is one year from delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and deadline reductions do not apply to claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
• in case of injury to life, body or health,
• in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraudulent intent,
• in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible at all and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
• within the framework of a guarantee promise as far as agreed or
• as long as the scope of the Product Liability Act is in force.

10. Liability
We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
• in case of injury to life, body or health,
• in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
• in case of warranty, if agreed, or
• as long as the scope of the Product Liability Act is in force.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, which can only be carried out on the basis of the proper execution of the contract, and which the contractual partner may regularly rely on (the liability of the contractual partner) by slight negligence of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability shall depend on the foreseeable liability Damage that is typically expected to occur. Furthermore, claims for damages are excluded.
11. Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated or unwilling to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer-enforcement agency.
